What happens when plans change.
Changes and cancellations
Change and cancellation rules are set by the airline, operator, hotel or tour supplier and vary by fare or rate. Tell us as soon as you know your plans have changed so we can act quickly.
June 16 Tours charges a service fee per booking for changes and cancellations, in addition to any supplier penalty.
Refunds
Refunds can only be paid once the supplier has refunded us, and are paid to the original payer using the original payment method.
Non-refundable fares, rates and taxes recovered by suppliers cannot be returned.
