Requests and quotes

A request sent through this website is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. We check live availability and reply with a quote and payment options.

Bookings are confirmed only once payment is received and the airline, hotel or supplier issues the ticket or voucher.

Payment

Payment can be made by card or electronic funds transfer using the reference on your quote. Some fares must be paid in full immediately; others allow a deposit with a balance due date, which we will confirm in writing.

Documents

Tickets, hotel vouchers, transfer details and insurance certificates are emailed to the address on your booking. Please travel with printed or offline copies.
